MADURAI PARENTS

• Read all instructions given on the page carefully.

• Admissions open for class Nursery for the Academic year 2024-25 at Dr. Jawa Altair International School, LKT NAGAR, PULIYANKULAM VILLAGE, MADURAI - 625201

• Online Forms will be available online from ………………. day (day), ……(date) ……… (month) November 2023 to ……… (day) day, ……… (date) 15th May 2024.

• For Class Nursery: - Eligibility Criteria is 3+ years as on 31st March 2024 or children born between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021

• For Class KG: - Eligibility Criteria is 4+ years as on 31st March 2023 or children born between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2020

• Note down registration number and password for further correspondence.

• All original documents are to be brought on the day of interaction.

• Enter necessary details. Print the duly filled application form, affix the required photographs, and submit the completed form along with a copy of proof of residence, copy of Aadhar card of the child and copy of the birth certificate (all Self attested) at the school Reception on any working day from ………………………. (23rd March 2024) to …………………. (Friday, 15th May 2024) Timings for submission of complete form along with below mentioned documents from: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. (on school working days).

• Admission forms are available online from ……………………. (Monday 24 July 2023) and processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One thousand) can be paid through credit card, Debit Card and Net banking.

• For Class Nursery: - Eligibility Criteria is 3+ years as on 31st March, 2024 or children born between 1st March 2020 and 31st March 2021.

• For Class LKG: - Eligibility Criteria is 4+ years as on 31st March, 2024 or children born between 1st March 2019 and 31st March 2020.

• Kindly go through the admission procedure carefully before applying.

Bus Routes

• Busses will be made available shortly to and from the school.

Admission Procedure

PARENTS

Step 1: Online Registration

• Enter the details online on the form. Note down the Registration Number and Password for future correspondence.

Step 2 : Online Payment

• Pay the processing fee online using the credit card, Debit Card and Net banking.

Step 3: Printing the completed form.

• Print the application form with the online transaction details for submission at a later date.

• Upload recent coloured passport size photographs at the designated places on the form.

• Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Step 4: Offline Interaction

• When Login, you will receive date & time for interaction on your admission portal. This shall also be informed through by SMS.

• Parents are requested to be in school 5 minutes before the given time of interaction for offline meeting.

• Both the parents should be there for interaction.

• Please note that any discrepancy in the information furnished will lead to cancellation of admission.

MADURAI PARENT'S

Step 5: Display of selected candidates list

• Final list will be displayed on ………………. (12th January 2024).

• Closure of admission process – ……………. (8th March 2024).

Step 6: Deposition of fee

• The Fee must be deposited within 3 working days of declaration of the result or else the offer of admission will be declared null and void. In such a case the child’s seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.

LIST OF (SELF ATTESTED) DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM ON SUBMISSION AT SCHOOL (For MADURAI Parents)

• Date of Birth Certificate of child.

• Residence Proof (Passport, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Voter ID, Rent Agreement etc.)

• Aadhar Card of the child and both parents

• Vaccination Card of the child.

• Previous school report card (If any).

• Covid Vaccination report of parents

• Salary/working Certificate of parents.

• Undertaking to be signed in the school office.

• Alumni Proof (if applicable)

• Sibling Proof (ID Card, Previous Year’s Report Card) if applicable
